We help Property Managers and landlords ensure the properties they manage meet the New Zealand Government’s Healthy Homes Standards. we also carry out pre-rental and inbetween tenancies Methamphetamine Screening. Our assessors inspect the property and if all standards are met, a compliance certificate is issued along with our detailed report. We carry out Healthy Homes assessments and Meth. Screening all over Northland New Zealand - from Wellsford to Cape Reinga.

Services

  • On-site assessments complete with high quality reports and compliance certificates issued on the same day of the assessment. A to-do list is generated for any items that may need upgrading to meet the standard.

  • We carry out Meth. Screening assessments. This forms a baseline test to certify that the house was Meth-free prior to a tenant moving in. In the event of having to evict a tenant and make an insurance claim for Meth-related damage - this is the only evidence that will help you.

  • We supply and fit high quality Polyester Blanket and Glasswool ceiling and underfloor insulation to NZS4246 standards.

  • We supply and fit Ground Moisture Barriers to NZS4246 standard in order to comply with any Healthy Homes requirements.

  • We supply and fit Heat Pumps sized correctly in order to comply with Healthy Homes.

  • We supply and fit a range of kitchen and bathroom extractor fans to Healthy Homes standards.

  • We carry out small building repairs gutters, drainage, windows and draught stopping

  • Instead of failing the Healthy Homes assessment we will, on approval, replace batteries, install new units and carry out full smoke alarm audits.
